Chris is personable, professional, highly-skilled and talented, reasonable with his pricing, honest, and "that guy" who you feel really good giving your business to. I just can't recommend him enough. I'll never go to another jeweler again.

We had the BEST experience with Seelenbacher Jewelers!!! We wanted to have a vintage-looking engagement ring custom made. Our friends recommend that we meet with Chris who designed and made their engagement ring and wedding bands. We met with Chris and were so impressed with his knowledge and honesty. We described what we were looking for and gave him a few pictures. Chris gave us a very reasonable quote and estimate for how long it would take to make the ring. We supplied the center stone, but Chris indicated that he could have found a stone for us as well. After we gave him the stone, the ring was ready in a few weeks! Such a quick turn around. We were really blown away with the final product. It looked just like the pictures we had given Chris, and the hand-engraved filigree was beautiful. Since then, Chris has made the groom's wedding band and repaired jewelry for my mother in-law. We highly recommend Seelenbacher Jewelers, and will continue to go here for years to come.

Beautiful Jewels. Big Hearts. You learn a lot about a business by watching how they interact with their customers. In 1/2 hour, I saw nothing but kindness, consideration, and humor - as well as some spectacular jewelry. These guys are the real deal, full service jeweler, and they sell pieces with character. Not just diamonds by the yard.

Chris is awesome. Friendly, knowledgable, and helpful (with no strings attached). Concerned with customer satisfaction and loyalty and not about making a quick buck. The store feels welcoming and relaxed and has beautiful pieces on display. I'm very happy with the repair work I had done and my entire experience with them. I highly recommend them! I can't tell you how pleased I am that I found Chris and Seelenbacher Jewelers. As all of the other reviewers have stated, the service you receive here is friendly and quick. I found Chris to be direct, honest, and fair -- a big departure from my previous experience with the jeweler from whom I'd purchased my wedding set. He told me exactly what needed (and didn't need) to be done, helped me with some tips on what questions to ask when I started feeling wary of what I was being sold, gave me a more-than-reasonable quote on the spot for the same exact repair work as the "package deal", saved me hundreds of dollars, and had the work done and my ring returned to me in 3 days (2 of which the business is closed!)
Now I'm just sorry that we didn't come here first for our initial purchase. I won't make that mistake again! Thanks Seelenbacher Jewelers!
